All prices include 13% HST — what you see is what you pay, with no surcharges. Rates reflect our VIP black Escalade ESV service — the published Pearson Airport tariff sheet prices a standard sedan, so we apply an SUV premium on top (minimum fare $90 CAD after tax). GTA zone rates shown are distance-based estimates pending the exact published zone map; named-destination and beyond-map base rates come from the official tariff before that premium is added. A $17 airport pickup fee (tax included) applies to pre-arranged pickups at Pearson (not on drop-offs). Every vehicle seats up to 6 passengers at no extra charge. Per the tariff sheet: Highway 407 tolls (if requested) are added on top; $11 per 10 minutes for requested stops; no credit card surcharge.

How much is a limo from Pearson Airport?

What kind of vehicle do you use?

Our standard is a black Cadillac Escalade ESV, the extended-wheelbase model, seating up to 6 passengers with room for luggage. On the rare occasion an Escalade ESV isn't available for your trip, we'll provide a comparable premium SUV of similar class instead.

Do you track my flight?

Yes. For pickups at Pearson, we track your flight in real time and adjust for delays automatically — your chauffeur arrives based on when you actually land, not the original schedule. A flight number is required when booking a pickup at the airport.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are subject to a $50 fee, charged to the card on file. This is waived for legitimate emergencies — just contact us.

Do you serve destinations outside Toronto?

Yes — over 135 named Ontario and Quebec destinations at fixed official rates, including Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Niagara Falls, Barrie, Ottawa, and Montreal, plus anywhere else in the province at a flat per-kilometre rate beyond our mapped zones.

Are your prices all-inclusive?

The fare shown includes 13% HST and our VIP Escalade ESV service — no surge pricing and no surcharges for extra passengers within our 6-passenger capacity. Highway 407 tolls (if you request that route) and a flat airport pickup fee for curbside arrivals are the only additions, both shown before you book.
